My goals of getting myself physically fit.
I usually just post world news, ridiculous pictures to my tumblr, but i think since i’ve been cycling for 2 months now i may just blog about that (sorry if it bothers anyone in advance)
I don’t wanna jinx myself, but outside of putting a lot of miles in lately on the bike i also have been checking up a lot of things as far as what i should be having nutritionally in my body to better myself. One of the biggest benefits of this for me compared to a lot of others i know is the fact i don’t drink or smoke. However the caving in to desire, or depression/anger will destroy that (i’m one of those people who eat in those types of circumstances, and i have no problem admitting to this claim) I will beat this!
